Police Caution

I need to find out about a police caution on my record from 4-5 years ago as I need to complete a MOD security form ? .. got a caution but not sure what it was for and when it was !! .. how do i find out this information ? - do i simply ring my local police and speak to the data protection team ?

Any advice would be great !!

    Visit your local police station and request the information. make sure you take ID with you.
