Hiya! What do you guys have for lunch? I'm really bored of sandwiches but there's no facilities to cook/heat anything at my work. Any yummy suggestions? :)

I often have a pasty. If not, salad or crackers or ryvita are also good.

i've gone a bit mad lately on the kelloggs variety pack (any one) and a pot of low fat plain yoghurt instead of milk.

What about cooking some pasta or something the night before and having it cold the next day?
There are loads of threads about on this if you search for them

pasta salad. get a bit of pasta (only a small handful or so!), chicken, celery, onion, cucumber, lettuce and some cherry tomatoes and a bit of salad dressing and yum yum yum! i use a potato peeler to get some carrot shavings in there as well :yum: some chopped yellow peppers make it extra yummy too :)

I do salads. A boring base but then you mix it up with different cheeses, croutons, meats and dressings.

I have spinich, tomato and cucumber and add the toppings so it is different every time. Right now I have sundried and basil goat cheese with garlic and onion crutons and a 3 cheese ranch dressing.

Previously I had the same base with cheesy crutons, mozerella, sundried tomato and bacon salad dressing and chopped bacon.

Or same base with olives, vinagerette and feta

You can make a bazillion different things and it is so dirt cheap to do as well, which is what I like ;)
