Keyboard symbol question ...

Erm .. I'm sure this is a simple question but .. . if you look at a the button on a UK keyboard just under the 'Esc' key, the button has three symbols made up of `and ¬ and one other, a symbol that looks a little like a small 'L' (l).

If I press the button and 'Alt Gr' to the right of the spacebar key, I get '¦' which is not what I want. What are the shortcut keys to get the 'l' symbol? :)

    on a uk keyboard, the key you need to press is Shift + \ . If you do this u get |. the third character on the button you mentioned is ¦ and it might just be a dodgy bit of priniting on the keyboard. Hope this helps.
