Colours...

Ok, following on from the tan line thread I have now found the dress I am going to wear to a wedding next week which pretty much covers the marks;

I don't have any purple shoes so think I am going to wear my black Karen Millen's... the question I have is about the evening.

They are having a barn dance for the reception and we have been advised to bring more comfortable footwear - I am thinking of getting some cowboy boots to get into the mood of the evening but problem is I'm not sure on the right colour with that dress... it is all a bit tongue in cheek so not too worried about the fashion but this site has a few options and I'm really not sure whether black or brown would be best!

Also hoping to find a stetson to match the boots if possible!

Any thoughts welcome :)

    Do you think the dark brown would be ok wth the purple dress? They are a bargain as well - only about £9!

    I reckon it should be fine, and for that price you can't really go too wrong!

    I agree with Marina, I like the first ones and I think the colour would go fine with the dress. Particularly if you get a stetson to match. Like you said, it's probably not going to matter too much if they don't look exactly right, but I think they'd be OK :)
