This is in Conisborough, near the lovely Donny:

    Butt_Hole_Road.jpg

This was on Real Radio this morning as apparently the residents are fed up of the name and have gotten it changed to something dull like Archer's Way.

    :grump:

And, has anyone noticed that the stupid names, generally, are in Yorkshire? :chin:

There's always the old favourites Penistone and Clitheroe.

There's Great Cockup and Little Cockup in Cumbria, Twathills near Dumfries, but the best names are all in Dorset.

There's a lane somewhere near Stratford-Upon-Avon called Bell End.

I've worked opposite a street called 'BELL END' before...can't remember for the life of me where it was.

I've seen a street called 'CLINT LANE', can't remember where either..somewhere in Lincolnshire. Doesn't sound rude, but some little vandal had joined the 'L' and the 'I' together. :eek2:

Although I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned Scunthorpe.

To the old classic joke...you can always find a c**t in Scunthorpe.

Newark is an anagram of Wanker...does that count? :chin:
