Black and Asian Brits "do not exist"

At least that's what the BNP is saying in a leaflet that's currently doing the rounds anyway. Says The Grauniad:

"The Archbishop of York today condemned claims by the British National party chairman that a 'bloodless genocide' was taking place in Britain as 'beyond belief'. The BNP chairman Nick Griffin spoke to the BBC to defend a party leaflet that said black and Asian Britons 'do not exist', arguing that calling such people British denied indigenous people their own identity."

Nick Griffin, you and your party of cretins are a pack of odious bastards. Please fuck off.

Over to the masses...
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

This is hardly news. The BNP are a bunch of racist cunts..well thats kind of common knowledge isn't it, and by giving them notice (ie this thread)you're effectively widening the reach of a campaign that's much better off forgotten

Apparently his was ripped to shreds on the radio earlier trying to argue this. Not exactly difficult, of course. That's the best way to deal with people like this, and then make sure everyone knows his views and the views of the BNP.

I could go all klintock and argue that Britain doesn't exist, so Britons don't exist, but I shall resist the temptation.

That's a valid argument, but presumably not the one that Griffin was making. It would render the British National Party obsolete after all.

How are things down there, Icey?

I happen to think it's worth reminding people regularly what a bunch of hideous cretins the BNP really are. But maybe that's just me, it seems.

The BNP are way out of line and should be hauled over the coals for a statement like this. Yes, their are a lot of illegal immigrants who should be controlled by the government, but that is the fault of the government not the people and the government should be the focus of the BNP's critisism.
Furthermore, Their are many legal immigrant who work very hard and pay their taxes like any other UK resident and I have a lot of respect for that so for the BNP to make such a sweeping and blatantly racist remark is despicable

I was listening to this in work the other day. It wasn't that interesting... he couldn't really make his points valid, everything he was saying was just plain racist.

My great great grandfather was Latvian, my family back then are French and German...

With which generation do the BNP draw a line?
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Well with the Nazi party if you had a grandparent who was Jewish and only one of your parents was half Jewish then you were fine, aside from the trauma of your parents and grandparents being gassed.

Maybe the BNP should start there, they seem to draw all their other policies from the Nazi party.

If you take the time to study the manifesto of the nazi party you would notice that they have influenced, or at least share, many of the aspirations of the poitical parties active in the UK.

That is, of course, because the Nazi party prepared a manifesto designed to be appealing to the 'ordinary' man. Most people care only about themselves and their families, so politicians who want to be popular only need to talk about protectionism and punishing wrongdoers to get a good solid base. It's very easy to convince people, especially in a recession, that it's not their fault the country's in a state, it's the fault of x immigrant community.

My family are Scottish and Irish Catholic going back God knows how many generations, but I was born in Sydney and have an Australian passport. I'd love to know what nationality the BNP think I am.

In that the governments are doing their best to provide lots of employment, a good health system and loads of police, then yes they are like the Nazi party.

The crucial difference is the mainstream parties are a lot more tolerant of gays, jews, black/asians, the disabled and immigrants.
The Nazi party and the BNP don't have a good track record when it comes to some of these.

Indeed communists/socialists united. Hitler's regime provided a veneer of nationalism.

The irony being that the BNP policies would actually do considerable harm to the "ordinary man" you speak of. A BNP-led government would make us all poorer.

Example - they would stop immigrants from coming to work in this country, for example. Result? This would push up wage costs for businesses, meaning that business has to pass the cost on to customers. The very same customers whom the BNP want to vote for them. Like many Left-wing political parties, (looking forward to being flamed for daring to point this fact out) they give with one hand and take with the other. And like the aforementioned National Socialist Party that led Germany between 1933 and 1945, they would make sure that the rich were left well alone. Funny how so many left-wing parties seem influenced so heavily by the policies of Adolf Hitler - I wonder what he'd make of it.

The only BNP policy I happen to agree with is leaving the EU, an institution which would make Joseph Stalin proud. Other than that, the BNP are a bunch of thugs, criminals and racists who are led by an uber cocktrumpet who I wouldn't waste my piss on if he was on fire.

If you're white, I really don't think they care.
