Hi all, my name is (Wee) Alan. I'm in my 40's.Havent cut for over a year. Just feel the old bad feelings working their way back at the min. Av ad a pure shity year so far.Jist looking for some support and understanding, though I cant really be bothered typing at 3.16am!! Peace to you all.. x
