Painful bum crack?!

this is gonna sound really funny but basically, the top of my arse crack feels really sore, almost like its ripped. has done for quite a while and it gets sweaty quite often. it also seems to have thrush-like symtoms? is this possible? how do i get rid?

    Could well be thrush as the yeast that cause it like warm, moist areas of skin and folds like your bumcrack :D provide the perfect environment.

    Make sure you dry that area properly after washing and try putting some canestan cream there. If it doesn't clear up you'd better take a trip to the doc as there are other things that ccould cause it!
