Who REALLY caused the recession?

It was caused by "white people with blue eyes". So says the Brazilian President when he met the gurning, socially inadequate chimp we have to call our Prime Minister.

I wonder why, then, he is meeting one of the white men in question who was partly responsible for creating this economic shitstorm. Thoughts?

    The owners of the federal reserve caused it.
    Rockerfeller has said ...he called in a fifteen billion dollar loan and gave lemans seven days to pay it.
    Knowing it was impossible and knowing it would cause a domino effect around the world.
