Signature help.

Hey,
I was wondering if someone will be able to help me out here, on my other forums I am a member of adding a banner to your signature requires you haveing something like photobucket etc. I have photobucket and I just copied the [IMG]tag option into my signature but it just comes up with a link to that banner. Is this meant to happen ? Are you not allowed signature banners on the site ? Thank you in advance :) xxx[/img]

    Yep they turned off images in sigs.

    Signature images were turned off because of the way spammers use them to show indecent/pornography images. They've been turned off since about 2000-2001. You do get a 400x60 av so maybe you could resize the banner and put it as your avatar instead?

    Plus it gets to the point on some forums where people have 3 pictures in their signatures and some pages are more signatures than posts.
