Right, I was planning on going to give blood on Friday afternoon, but had a couple of joints tonight. Will I be ok to donate or should I just not go? How long does it stay in your system after smoking a joint?

    Give the donor helpline a call and ask them. They're really good about honest answers to everything and don't hold anything against you.
