    I assume its illegal, it would at least be against the Medicines Act, which would make it illegal to sell or buy in the UK.

    Its only real use would be to cut cocaine with to give it more 'freeze' and make it seem stronger than it really was, it doesnt have a 'high' that's why it was developed.

    It has no effects anyway unless you love the numbing 'sensation'. I believe lidocaine is legal to possess in the UK. I'm not entirely sure about Benzocaine.
