Google's gone nuts

So, as of this morning, Google is blocking me from going into every webpage it returns as a search hit. Every page has a message about the "site harming your computer" yet the safe browsing info for the page is broken. Amazon & Wikipedia give me the same results, so it's not like I'm hitting any dodgy sites.

What the fuck is going on?
