hi; i have been issued with a fine by the police
this was not an on-the-spot thing, and has been handled through the courts etc
as an EU citizen, do i have no right of appeal? they sent only a letter demanding the money (which is more than my monthly income - which they know) within 2 weeks. do i not have the right to an appeal?
i know of other people who were charged in the same way, and they were both offered the chance to appeal...
