Explaining health issues to kids

Well Im looking for a website, where it breaks down health problems in ways that make it easier to understand for kids. Its actually for my friend, shes not stupid, but cant get her head around medical jargon etc and doctor speak. So something along the lines of a kids guide to an illness that puts it down in simple and nonsense free ways, would be a great help.

Im actually looking for specific information on Anemia, specifically Iron Deficiency (microcyptic) Anemia.
