I want to change networks, want to stay on PAYG but want to keep my curren number. How do I do this? Also, I have some credit (about £9) will I get that when I change networks?

As far as I know, your credit won't be moved over to the network so it's best to use it before you switch networks.

Switching your number is easy, your phone up your current network provider and tell them your leaving the network and would like to keep this number, they then give you a code which you need to keep safe, then when you get your new sim for the other network, ring them up and give them this number. :)

Can't think of what it is called though..

I think that's the one to unlock it if you get the PIN wrong.

ITS PUK to unlock a phone. PAC to transfer the number.

Which i incidentally did today, just waiting for new phone to arrive tomorrow!
