    Have you got gum etc?

Sleep is also great, the longer you sleep the longer you last and therefore you feel you have succeeded.

Yeah i went to bed early last night to stop me thinking of them. I have found going to the gym (running, rowing) stop the cravings.

Blasting your body with exercise is a good way ive heard.

By using the word blasting, i dont mean over doing it, just enough to feel half dead compared to your usual fitness levels.
