So, Harriet Harridan wants to allow legal discrimination against white men, claiming that sexism against women is the main cause behind the pay gap. What are people's views on this?
A necessity to allow women and ethnic minorities to gain an equal footing by allowing organisations to employ them ahead of white men? Hardly, considering the Women and Work commission played down the idea of sexism as the problem.
Or racism and sexism disguised as "progression"?

all it means is that poor white males will get screwed over more to pick females and ethnic minority middle class people, more ammo for the BNP imo which is never a good thing#
