I just bought some of this today after reading your post - not bad - was expecting it to taste a lot worse but it's quite smooth taste.

I really like rooibos tea

I told my doctor that I'd had some yesterday when she was asking me what I'd had for breakfast and she'd never heard of it! But when I told her it was caffiene free she approved and said it sounded very healthy :)

I introduced my friend to ZEST magazine, I gave her my May 2008 one as I'd read it and already bought the June 2008 one, she really loved it and I think she'll get it in future if she wants a good magazine to read.

I introduced (maybe forced) a metal head to indie.

I gave my friend a fig roll. He liked it. In turn he told me to dip sweet popcorn into Asda sweet chilli dip. I liked it.

    It was a good day.

Mmm I love rooibos tea! Only tea I drink... only tea that doesn't taste like shit and make me want to die, really. shame it doesn't have caffiene :p My parents introduced it to me a while ago and they buy it online and they have the most delicious flavors. http://www.theteatable.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc? I love the Belgum chocolate and the carmel. Though I always have some Simba on hand and drink that... purely because of the name :ohttp://www.theteatable.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=RS&Category_Code= I'm thinking of trying the macademia next

I don't think I've introduced anybody to anything. I'm more of an introducee than an introducer. I'm not very influentual :p

Double the price of regular tea though .. Any noticeable health benefits?

Well one major health benefit for me is that unlike regular tea it doesn't give me headaches! (I'm really caffiene sensitive nowadays) I prefer it. Most herbal teas and infusions are a fair bit more expensive than traditional tea (or the boxes are about the same price but you get much less for your money) but worth it in my opinion. And still much cheaper than fizzy drinks, bottled water, juices, alcoholic drinks etc.

And it is not revolting :p It also has more anti oxidents than green tea. IT is also said that it helps people with allergies and eczema, headaches, nervous tensions, stomache cramping and helps people prone to kidney stones. IT also contians calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, potasium, floride, zinc and some other shit.

My parents became natural\health nuts after my sister left for s.af. a couple years ago. As odd as I thought they were a lot of the shit they have told me is absoutly amazing!

I'm still trying to convince the man that ginger chews is the most amazing thing for heart burn and an upset stomache... but he wont try them as they are disgusting and I make an awful face when eating them :p

Well you can add me to that list - after your posting I bought a pack of 40 tea bags and there's like only 3 or 4 left.

It's not bad tasting and I only need 1 sugar where before I used 2

I introduced one of my flatmates to the wonder of pasta, beans 'n' cheese. She was like "ew, sounds disgusting" but then when she saw it she said it looked quite nice and when she tried some she was like "that's really nice, actually".

    Damn right.

Greg Graffin responded to my 'heckle' of "Greg, I want your babies!" with "Ah, if only it were possible."
