I took an extra pill by mistake

I'm on marvelon (the combined pill), I take it at bedtime. Last night I got a bit confused and ended up taking it twice by mistake. What should I do now? Should I skip the one tonight? Or just take a spare one from a spare pack? Or miss the last day of the pack? I'm about a week into this pack.

Also I don't need them for contraception at the moment, I just take them for period issues that I had.

    I would ignore that I'd taken an extra one and carry on taking one agina tonight as normal. Just a guess though.

    I'd just carry on as you normally would. I doubt it will do you any harm with it just being this once :)

    then miss the last one in the pack, take seven days off or whatever you would normally do at end of pack.
