Well ive never been to 1 of his gigs but ive heard alot about them and his tracks and albums are wicked so id say it'd b a great laf going to see him live.

I have just seen him at Leeds and he was amazing, if he does a proper tour though I would def go 2 that because he would have more time 2 do all my fav songs of his.

why should people only reply to things they agree with? that would make the forum and the world a very boring place if everyone jsut agreed all the time. its a discussion forum, not an "i love eminem" forum. think about it..

I agree with GFM, if everyone agreed on everything then thesite would be pointless.

About Eminem.....well he's a terrible role model for kids, he swears unnecesarily in his raps and feels that he can break the law and "diss" everyone because he's this big tough nut.

However, i did respect him for his little tribute to Aaliyah at one of the festivals over the weekend, it showed that he's not a complete tosser.

Eminem was good at Readin but not that good!!
He did alot of crap stuff, but actually it was a cheat as D12 were on for half of his set!!
But when everyone sang the Dido bit in Stan it was very good!!?

When I first read this thread, I decided not to reply because I have nothing good to say about him, and I figured that (although I should be allowed to state my opinion) it would not be appreciated. but what the hey....

I think that although some of his songs are catchy, they are annoying, it is all a produced act, and most of all I think its a disgrace that his homophobic views, as well as all the bad-language ect should be marketed to young kids. (Not that I don't use bad language, and its not like I'm not young at 17, but I don't go around glamorising swearing and violence in front of 14 year olds.)

The guy's a genius when it comes to making music, but I think he's got more talent than material and he's gonna be struggling to produce a third or more album/s.

As for his views, well stating controversial views to music ain't exactly new, he's just taken it another step beyond. The backlash against him led by concerned parents is fairly amusing though.

The thing with this guy is most of his lyrics r made up he hasn't killed his wife kidnapped his kid or got anything against gay people. Didn't anyone see him on satge with Elton John?

Also I thought he was great at Leeds he did all my fav songs, although I thought he might of put on more of a stage show. Guess i'll have 2 see him in concert 4 that.

yaaaaah my dear eminem rocks. me n my bezzie m8 keep fonin our local radio station complainin they dont play enuff eminem. they call us the "eminem maniacs" now. it all started wen we foned up n sed to the DJ "eminem's gr8 isnt he" the DJ just sed "bye bye" and put the fone down. so we foned up again and said "EMINEM ROCKS!" this time the DJ sed "yeh i worship eminem, i go down to the altar and pray to him everyday..wot more do u want me to say?" so we put the fone down. A couple a mins l8er the DJ played Britney Spears so we foned up AGAIN saying "r u takin the piss?" he sed no so we put the fone down again. after the BS song had finished he "kindly" sed that it was especially for the "eminem maniacs" so we left it at that. neways last nite i was bored so i txted the same DJ sayin "remember us?we r eminem fans. ur favorite eminem fans! kia n clare." this time he actually sed "we'll b playin a flashback just for kia n clare the eminem maniacs".....so well...we're kinda famous on our local raio station.lol! u fans shud try it! i think we'l move onto chris moyles nxt (j/k)!
