Possibly the best presenter on Radio1?

With comedy dave an will an lizzy, an the "send us a pound and make us rich" campaign, it is truely a great show

I sit laffin my ass off at it for two hrs 45 min.

anyone else agree?

    he may be a hairy fat bastard but hes frickin hilarious...

    I listen to his show whenever I can...I used to listen everyday but I was so sickened by listening to those two twats, mark and lard, that I stopped listening to radio1 on principle...god i hate those 2..almost as bad as steve lamaq

    Yeah, I think Chris is great. I can't iunderstand why it is mark & lard who keep winning the awards though - I just don't find them funny.

    Chris moyles is funny, but mark and lard are much better.

    Maybe it's just a manchester thing but all the awards they've won are national so it can't be.

    could someone please explain to me what is funny about mark and lard? Their 'sketches' are the same every day (yes I know this is part of the joke), and even then they aren't even funny!

    The only thing about Mark and Lard that I like is the Radio 1 antiques roadshow, which always makes me pee my pants.

    *ahem*

    Anyway I think their appeal is the fact that they are the only presenters on radio 1 that have comedy and play diverse music that you might not find on the playlist.

    I think the good thing about Chris Moyles is the fact that he doesn't kiss ass to everyone and he's not Mr Nicey Nicey. If he doesn't like someone then he tells it like it is. I saw Chris on the T.V Monday night (100 greatest Kids programmes)and I couldn't believe it was him. He's lost alot of weight. No triple chin's on him anymore!!

    I think Mark & Lard has to be a northern thing, although I do think their band The Shire Horses are v.good!

    Yeah but Mark and Lard are beautiful failures of the music world with The Fall and marks bands!!
    come on you know u love Frogging and It's a Mystery, and the way they slag off they're own items on the last day they use them aswell!! and is it Moyles that has knicked some of this comedy ideas?

    (do older people get M&L more then? coz thats the way it seems)

    on the radio u think they will be all young an stuff but there about 30'odd

    Chris an comedy dave r the best, with the impressions of macey gray an the camp cops on "UK bilge", sheer genius, unlike mark an lards unfunny routines

    plus chris moyels burps live on air and thinks help! im a fish is a great song

    so he wins every time

    Mark and Lard are about 42 !! and Moyles is 27 or so.

    Steve Lamacq is the best presenter on Radio 1 - Mark and Lard are second - genius, surreal comedy and great music - a big middle finger to the playlist! Moyles is fuinny at times too, but the other 2 are streets ahead.

    Yeah!!!!! WEll done.......well Lamacq sorta thinks he's a music genius type guy, but at least he plays decent music!!!
