Needing fast help, it just dawned on me that I have an assignment for tommorow - oops
So yeah, my question is that I have a question 4(sin^2)x = 1 where x lies between 0 deg. and 180 deg, find the exact solutions for x?
I managed to get that to 2cos2x = 1/2 but where do you go from there ? I did have course notes but lost them a while ago
Please help

sin^2(x) = 1/4
take the squareroot
sin(x) = +/- 1/2
and now just find out which angle x represents so you get +/- 1/2 if you take the sine of it.
(I understood that, as 'x' being the argument of the sine)..
