my car got broken into a while ago but ive only just realised the car handbook is gone. not sure what i should do as i will need it eventually - to make sure i get it serviced at the right time, MOT etc and i guess most importantly when i sell it.

so... what should i do? should i ring my insurance company or citroen? and will citroen have records of when it was last serviced etc so that when i come to sell it ppl can see its been done?

For records of when it was last serviced you need to go back to the garage that serviced it. They should have a copy and they can give you proof of that. You can probably order a new handbook direct from Citroen.

As for MOT e.t.c. it's all stored elctronically at VOSA and on the police computer, the MOT document is a bit surplus to requirements now.
