What would you give for your reason for leaving a job when what you actually want to write on the form is "my boss is a psycho bitch with month-round PMT who likes to claim all the glory for my work and belittle me at every opportunity"? :yeees:
Seriously tho.. "lack of progression opportunities", or what?!
I know I work in a HR Dept but I mostly dealt with process workers applications and their reasons for leaving are usually things like 'redundancy', 'end of contract' or 'gained permanent employment (previously agency)'.
