What's the best way to motivate oneself to do essays?

I find it hard... Our house is freezing. I much prefer exams.

putting all that together... the best way to start is probably to make yourself comfortable by turning on the heating :p

I'd be interested to hear what subject you study and whether the exams in that subject are open book. I think if they were you may retract that statement, if they are then good for you.:)

This revision is awful, first paper on Monday.. eek..

I study a BA in Human Rights and Politics. Some of my exams have been open book... Most haven't.

But the thing is, the exams I've done best in have been legally based, or centred around development. Essays just piss me off because I never know what to write lol

Still, I am finally motivatd and have spent the last two days studying in the library.
