Subscribed Threads - Stop the emails!

How can i stop being emailed when someone has made a new post, i was able to do it before in the User CP, But now it's changed I don't know how to.

    CP>Subscribed threads>Tick the threads you want and choose either "delete subscription" or "No notification" from the pull down menu.
