I saw what some people said about self-harm and I think about what I have done in the past year and think how much pain i have caused my family. I have taken 2 over doses
and slit my wrists. I have had consilling 4 a year now and I am getting better as times goes on. I am on anti-depressants. I took the over doses coz my parents were always fighting and I was getting upset <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/frown.gif">. Then while i wa on holiday i got sexually abused and that caused me 2 slit my wrists, but i realise now that it was coz i was angry and upset and now i think why did i take my anger out on myself? I should of taken it out on the person/people whos fault is was! So if U ever think of thating an over dose or anything like that don't coz it can cause so much pain.And remember that it ISN'T always your fault. Good Luck in life Love Kerrie x x x x x
