I've got really itchy arms!

Most random. Since I came back home on Monday afternoon, I've had itchy forearms. Got tiny little spots running up them. They're not uncontrollably itchy, just a bit annoying!

I had a shower earlier and it seemed to ease the itchyness but its come back. Should I just moisturize?

    Try something with hydrocortisone. Best itch, rash reliever!

    And it is evil dry winter, moisturizing never hurts! If your itchy, though, I'd try to keep away from any scented/colored ones.

    I had something similar with little red dots when I had a reaction to the Johnsons moisturiser with the tan in. I took antihistamines and it stopped itching and went pretty quickly :)

    The only thing that's changed in my routing is drinking Southern Comfort...thats the ONLY thing I can think off....

    There are loads, little red spots on my arms!

    Try taking an antihistamine. If you've had a reaction to something, it might help :)
