Does anyone know who's been confirmed? So far I know of a few bands but they're all metal bands ....not my cup of tea.

Anyway, I heard that the Warped Tour is coming to the UK and will resume it's rightful place at the Leeds and Reading festivals, so there'll be no Concrete Jungle stage this year However, I think the Warped Tour Stage will more than make up for this!!

I'm a happy girlie! Watch out Leeds, here I come (again!)

Which metal bands did you hear are confirmed? I went to the website but it's all about last year.

But the fact that the Warped Tour will be there now means that I will be there (well, Reading at least). Any news on which bands will be playing? I can find all the bands lined up for the american tour, but none seem to have reading/leeds listed as one of their dates

The Warped Tour hits Europe every year and used to come to the UK until about three years ago with relatively the same line up. Basically, take the US line up and remove maybe a couple of the 'bigger name' bands!

For more info see the news section ofRandom Damage which is always full pf punk rock happenings.

As for the metal bands, I heard American Head Charge were confirmed and SOAD, like I said, not my cup of tea, so I didn't take too much interest!

    Oh dear!

There has been far to much publicity for that shambles of a festival!

How did they decide who would play which 'arena'? The bands I would see are scattered about the place, which would mean I would have to walk! lol.

Anyway, do you have any information about the Carling Weekend, as the post asks?
