I've been in a position for 5 months now.
My contract says that any increments cannot be added until after 6 months probationary period is up.
How about decreases? These are not mentioned in my contract, and I believe there is some re-grading going on which may or may not effect my wage.
Contract states they hold the right to change contractual terms and conditions - which kind of seems fair to them, and not to me.
Any advice?
I'm not overly concerned, just curious as to my standpoint.
