Hello,
Is there any free software thought which i can check my total internet bandwidth usage.

    There are lots of free online tools. Just do a search in Google on "broadband" and "speed", or "bandwidth" and "test" etc, and you will get loads of hits, like http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/

    remember bandwidth is downloads + Uploads

    if you file share your upload could easily exceed your downloads.

    also some ISP's like PLusnet have an online bandwidth gauge

    I know how to use google, but i am not getting any free solution for this purpose, second the site which you have given in your reply only check my speed of internet and only 3 times a month, i need something which can check my internet speed all the times and my total bandwidth usage.

    I hope now it will be clear.

    buddy i don't wanted to rely on my ISP that is why i am looking for some solution but "free", because there are many but for that i have to spend some money which i am not interested in.

    Hmmm .. I am not sure about a free piece of software like you mentioned. May ask, is it because you have a lmited monthly connection and you want to ensure that you stay in your allowance without relying on your ISP's say so?

    Try going to http://www.download.com/ and do a search on 'bandwidth'. Then select 'FREE' on the 'licence' filter. Something suitable there?
