  best way to do that funnily enough is through the job centre.. go and ask them, u will b suprised how many jobs are advertised over here, also check job listing papers such as the stage etc.. there are loads of cheep b&Bs over there and the majority of people speak English, so u've no problems there.. hope im not too late with this info.. also if you're in uni or college, they are a massive source of help in finding placements for a year out at work..but dont feel u have to stick to amsterdam.. as all of holland is full of farms etc.. which need help maintaining, and all of holland is nice.. also amsterdam is way hectic and not really all its cracked up to be if u haven't been there before!!

  Yeah theres a couple of places in Amsterdam, accomodation is usually in shop windows, good pay I hear. I would also assume you would get nights off, youd die of exauhistion otherwise.....

  Can you speak dutch ?? It would help a lot, as i assume employers over there would look for that. Keep looking around, there are sure to be a few decent foreign employment sites out there.
