Working on a summer camp

Hi, I thought I would put down my experiences. I worked for PGL, a summer camp that has camps in the UK, France and Spain. I was in lovely Wales for nearly 5 months, I started off as a kitchen assistant and moved on to do a variety of jobs. I got £60 a week, with food and accomodation/services as well. It was ok but I think I was there for too long cos I was sick of it by the end of August. I had to live in a mingin tent in April! N E way a lot of people go to work on camps in their holidays or gap years so just thought I would tell you that!
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Surviving 5 months of summer camps in wales must be some sort of endurance record. I help every year on one weeks camp in Wales with a national youth organisation (campaigners) and it takes at least a week after that to recover. But they're good fun none-the-less. Not sure I'd want to do it was work though.
