errr, Daydream Nation is the obvious choice, and probably the best starting point.
it's hard to say tho, because they have a career spanning 20 years and various genres.
I'd go for Daydream Nation first, then either Goo, Murray Street or Sonic Nurse, or even Sister. if you like all them, you'll probably like everything they've done
i'd avoid everything else for the time being as some of the albums (i.e. Bad Moon Rising and Confusion Is Sex) are very "noisy" and some are a bit meh (i.e. ,Rather Ripped and A Thousand Leaves) and definitely avoid any of the SYR Series as they are very experimental and can be difficult to listen to if you're not really into that kind of thing.
