As mentioned it is indeed a spiritual thing, you feel more relaxed than you usually would and feel as if almost everyone in the place is your friend. You don't feel afraid to talk to people and are very open about yourself. Your really happy and at peace with yourself, sometimes you can get emotional with your friends and feel as if you want to hug them and stuff...
Thats my definition of 'loved-up', its a great feeling, you have not violent feelings towards anyone...
