That's a bit of an open question, kinda like "how long's a piece of string?"
If you went to Amsterdam, one would cost about £2-£3 depending where you go, what's in it etc. I can honestly say I've never brought by the spliff/joint here, but somewhere between £5-£10 would seem about right.
I wouldn't really pay more than 3 or 4 for one. But I don't really buy it at all......
And a teenth for 10 is rip off even by english price.
and as for prerolled spliffs- if someone asked me to do that, out of general contempt id roll it with nearlynothing in it and use harsh rolling tobacco which would make people cough (and therefore for some reason its good? - take ur heads out of the bong). Leanr to roll- youll be able to roll smokeable "rollies" after five attempts. To start use thick papers (rizzla king) and rolling baccy- golden virginia- and tight roaches. Then move on to rizzla original, then highland papers, or even thinnner- smoking slims; And when ur really good, roll with ciggarettes using a "marocan filter" which is the end of cigarette which makes a much smoother smoke and the roach will never get got, as its only cig baccy, and thtas burning, whatever you were smoking before is finished and you can put it out.
