Which ones do you think re the best?
Im looking to get a really good quality one but i dont know which?

    Yeah Photoshop is the "best" but it's also the most expensive. Of course a fair number of people steal it.

    I use Photoshop Elements 5. Does the job.

    I use Arcsoft Photostudio, because it comes free with every scanner I've ever bought. Oh, unless I'm at work, then I use Photoshop because it's the dog's bollocks.

    if it's basic editing you need like cut and paste and batch processing then Photofiltre is very good and free
