What's the Best Windows based application for listening to Internet Radio Stations?

ATM I'm using Jet Audio and Shout Cast website but would like something that's an all in one dedicated product rather then a browser as it's for a non computer techy person

    Yeah I agree, it's gotta be Winamp. I don't think I've ever changed audio player since something like Winamp 2.x

    doesn't WinAmp use an internal web Browser to search for new songs / radio stations?
