Police in London say drug addicts are taping used syringes to park benches...but why?

    probably some sick joke where some poor sod (likely to be an old person) sits on em.

    Hope the addicts don't have aids.

    thats a bit weird. maybe the addicts are trying to, erm, share their needles? which is obviously really stupid anyway.

    could they be making some sort of rebellion? i have no idea who towards, or why.

    might it be to just take the piss of the police by implying "haha...we injected and theres noting you can do about it...hahaa" which is well immature, but then theres some people for you.

    ok, so i have no real idea, it sounds a bit bizarre to me?
