On holidays me and my b/f went into look in a sex shop, i seen a couple of things i liked so left him in the pub and went back to get them.

I told him what i bought in the middle of dinner and he seemed very happy, however that night in bed we wer talking about the vibrator i bought and he said he'd love us to try it out together, but then said he was too tired that night, which was fine.. but we've been home 4 days and although i've metioned it he doesnt really seem that bothered, i dont wana keep bringing it up if he's not into it but why would he say he'd wana try it if he doesnt.

    To keep you happy probably.

He may just be a little shy and lacking the confidence to pleasure you with it, just get it out one night and start playing with it and jokingly together, he'll soon begin to relax and hopefully clothes will soon be off and he'll be busy experimenting!

Its probably that, or lack of expereience with them before. Some men also get penis envy with vibrators, so you sometimes have to reassure them that the vibrator isnt going to replace them.

Men do get insecure- but if you point out that its only the same as him having porn maybe he'll feel better?

Or suggest that you use it together asfun for the both of you, not you alone? Also, for a guy I'm sure that buzzing monster is a pretty scary thought, even if replacement wasn't an issue.

Not scary at all to me, I love the things!

Fair enough, I'm sure it is for some guys though.

Er you say you saw few things you liked and went to get them and left him in pub. Maybe he didn't want them in relationship and doesn't want you using them.

Doubtful you'll get honest answer out of him while pushing/nagging him.

Try not mention them but have them near by in case he does mention them during build up sex. If you keep going on about them it might fuck him up in head and you'll end up pushing him away.

That said.......has any bird got the cone here and would they feel strange if there bf got it for them?!?

HAve to say I wouldn't want to use one during sex. Don't like the idea of them. Personally I would just say no, but maybe he didn't want to hurt your feelings. In that case I think you're fine to mention it again, but don't push it, just let him know that if he doesn't like the idea then that's fine and no more will be said.

On the other hand he might not mind but not be particularly bothered about doing it, again, you'll have to talk to him about it. No one can blame you for talking to him, it's not like he's said no flat out after all.

 My boyfriend hated the fact I have a vibrator because he's worried I'll like it more than him. He's slowly come round to the idea now though, after a lot of reassurance. I had to ask him why he was so against me having one though. Maybe try talking to him, ask if he's really ok with you having one, and reassure him that it won't replace him :)

An ex-girlfriend of mine was very matter-of-fact in announcing that her vibrator was better at giving her pleasure than a man could ever be. I didn't respond well to the "challenge".

But she was a complete b*tch.

Some blokes just don't understand, do they.

When she's turned on by her vibrator, chances are that she will want to cock action too... rather than object to the plastic you should embrace it and use it to get her off. Trust me, it's worth it....

Thanks for all your advice, i decided not to bring it up again and to let him mention it up if he wanted, which he did and we used it together the other night and had fun :) i also made sure to tell him it wasnt a replacement for him and that its not as good as the real thing so he was happy enough with that
