Gagging

I have a pretty awful (or good depending on how you look at it) gag reflex. I now have toothache and have a dental appointment this afternoon and am worrying about it now, any tips for avoiding the problems?

    I gag easily! Not gagging at all wouldn't really be a problem in this case.

    Was solved by gas and air.
