How Do You Back Up?

My windows was starting to feel slow and playing up and doing random things .. so I just did an entire restoration of my windows from a backup I did in March using Acronis True Image off a USB hard drive - entire operation took about 6 minutes to restore my laptop

In the past I'd have simply broke out the Windows CD and spent hours reinstalling everything - pretty cool!!

    Wow.. Im going to get that now..

    I usually backup files as if i think they are important enough to my flash drive or ipod, never done an image restore before.

    Been using True Image for quite a while now I dunno how I lived without it. Backup the image on to my MyBook and restore when Windows dies.

    You can also restore the image on to a new hard drive if you have it keept on another disk. You never have to install Windows ever again :D
