    lol its semi-facetious throw-away rubbish; its Johnson making a quick buck out of playing the Tory party's court jester, its funny as an item of parody but I'd hardly think of it as a manifesto for the greater social good.

    Yes. Its got some very good porections for the individual, shame it was ignored.

    In the end the HRA (and all laws) are pieces of paper unless the Government respects them. If they don't they're irrelevant...
