What program is that?

I'm helping my friend out with doing some pictures for our Yearbook, and one of the pictures is in this format. Obviously whatever program it is doesn't exist on my computer, otherwise I wouldn't be here, and the stupid "online search" thing hasn't come up with anything other than "not supported by Windows".

Also - if anyone can convert it to jpg for me, that would be *so* useful.

Yeah apparently it's used by Photostudio. Search results suggest just changing the extension to .JPEG/.JPG. You might want to check that though seems as if there is a bit of confusion as to whether or not that will actually work, it should mind you.

How big is it? If it's small enough you could attach it and see if we can do anything with it. If not, email it to me and I'll see what I can do.
