National Cheese on Toast Day

My god I've just had the best cheese on toast ever!
Soak the cheese in milk for 10 mins before grilling - it's astonishing!
Most people like mature but I can't stand melted mature cheese, it kinda curdles! So mild for me!

    put the cheese in milk for 10 minutes!? i can't see how that could be nice...

    Will have some cheese on toast when i get back from uni, i've got the munchies to say the least.
