    Never seen it in Iceland, either it's free for all or all get charged.

    Although recently there was one gig where it was free for blokes, 1500 ISK for girls. ;)

    They had the same thing in Las Vegas Men pay $20 to get into a club, women get in free ..

    But I'd say that policy didn't so much increase the number of women as reduce the number of men going into the club, because they could just as easily take that $20 down to the casino and have a chance of winning on the slots or something.

    Men should be happy!

    Why would there be a law? It's better business all around. I see it as a good thing. Don't men usually pay for women to get into places anyhow? You're saving money. You should be delighted, not angry at the fact that you never get into a night club for free. Anyhow, men usually go for the women, and the more there are, the better. Better for men, women, and the night club!

    I'm sure many woman pay for themselves I know I do.

    I pay for myself. Might end up with friends buying me drinks, but I will always pay for myself.
