What's the best?

For me it's gotta be Tetris, the whole of the Mario repertoire, the Mortal Kombat theme tune, and the jungle level on the first Sonic.

The Duke Nukem theme as done by Megadeth.

Command & Conquer always had a few good ones in each of the games, too.

Vice City had the best music of any computer game.

But the electronic music in Mario was brilliant, especially the underground level music. Just found this on youtube - electric guitar version of it, pretty cool.

Nah, San Andreas had a better choice of radio stations.

Warioland and Donkey Kong had some cool tunes, so did Pokemon actually.

Better choice but not better music. San Andreas had loads of hip-hop and rap stations. I liked all the 80's stuff from Vice City better. Electronic crap, cheesey 80's pop and rock. Superb.

Yeah true, the Vice city music was good, I even admit to owning the V Rock CD. lol

But I liked the Hip Hop stations on San Andreas, had some of the really decent old skool Hip Hop and went really well with that kind of game.
I'm sure it had an alternative station with RATM on it aswell.

"Green Hill Zone", level 1 from the Sega Megadrive Sonic game.

    "Daser" level from Thunderforce 4.

Most of the levels from Gynoug.

Most of the levels from Probotector ("Contra" if you're American).

    ^^ all Sega Megadrive ^^

For the PC, then it's the soundtrack for Warcraft II, especially if you're playing Horde :-)
