Food, Glorious Food....

I'm pretty good with comedowns. They don't hit me too hard, I don't get all depressed and I don't get grumpy. (as long as I can sleep) However, one problem which plaugues me, and many of my friends, is what to eat the day after a club. I can stare at a packed fridge for many hours and see nothing which I feel like eating.
My list of things I CAN eat at the moment includes spaghetti hoops and not a whole lot else.
Can anyone help me and suggest anything else that is good munching on a comedown?

    Food is probably the best thing to help you recover it's just you're not hungry. Thick milkshakes from Mc D's are wicked and I always eat a bit of Marmite on toast.

    *Is in the bad stages of a come-down*

    I take back my comment about come-downs not really hitting me hard. I think they're starting to again.....

    I find smoking pot good for comedowns, it triggers of my food urges again too.

    I used to survive on thick banana/chocolate milkshakes when I was on a bad comedown, then munch on a few vitamin and mineral pills.

    Apologies for being quiet, been off work for a week sick....

    One thing that has always worked for me is yoguet with sprinkled weed in, you'll sleep through most of your comedown and wake up feeling normal...

    * Space Cakes
    * McDonalds
    * Salad

    I got a right fetish a few months ago while on a comedown for new potato's and mayonaise, it was really funny as thats all I was interested in eating and *HAD* to munch it asap...

    Personally the easiest thing to get down your neck and also leaves me feeling so much better is a drink like nourishment or slim fast. They r full of vitamins etc and dont make u gag when u try to get em down ya lmfao!

    My mates all tried them and agreed with me but I guess its what u like really. Try to have something though coz it does really help and bare in mind its usually lack of saliver that makes swallowing food so difficult so a milkshake type drink is sure to be much easier if u ask me

    I like something like a cold coke, because the bubbles make ya mouth feel fresh

    I can see a milkshake type thing would be well worth a try...
    Red Bull may help the energy thing....
