  Do you mean juice you make on your own from the vegi's? Cuz I couldn't tell you the last time there hasn't been nutrition information on the back of the carton, if water even has it...

  thanks, yeah i mean to make it myself.
  Loads of website say how many caloiries are in a carrot, but i wanna know how many would be in the juice.

  Surely if you had a whole carrot, and then mushed it up in a smoothie maker/juicer it would still be the same carrot and same amount of carrot so the calories would be the same?

  well, i dont know because a proper juicer mushes the fruit/veg up and you only get the juice from it and not the actual flesh.
  Doesnt matter anyway really.

  Strawberry and banana is really nice. Banana is put into most smoothies to bulk the mixture up anyway. You normally cant really taste it.

  one way you could do it is by looking up the nutritional info of all the ingredients (in the amount your using) and figure it out like like that....just an idea
